Terms & Conditions

Service Agreement

Minco Cleaning Solutions agrees to provide cleaning services as outlined during the booking process. We aim to deliver professional, reliable, and high-quality cleaning tailored to your requirements.

Services may include deep cleaning, one-off cleaning, regular cleaning (weekly/fortnightly), or room-specific cleaning. Custom requests can be discussed in advance and are subject to approval.

Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon agreement of the service details and pricing.

Payments are required immediately upon completion of services unless pre-arranged.

We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods. A receipt will be issued upon request.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the agreed service fee.

Refunds are only provided for cancellations made within the notice period or if there is a proven fault in our service.

Liability

While we take the utmost care in handling your property, Minco Cleaning Solutions is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or fragile/valuable items not disclosed during booking.
Losses or damages caused by third-party contractors working at the same property.

Any concerns about our service must be reported within 24 hours for resolution.

Health & Safety

To ensure the safety of our team and clients, we require that the property be free of hazardous conditions (e.g., unsafe appliances, sharp objects, etc.) at the time of service.

We reserve the right to refuse service in environments that pose a risk to health or safety.
