Terms & Conditions

Service Agreement

  • Minco Cleaning Solutions agrees to provide cleaning services as outlined during the booking process. We aim to deliver professional, reliable, and high-quality cleaning tailored to your requirements.



  • Services may include deep cleaning, one-off cleaning, regular cleaning (weekly/fortnightly), or room-specific cleaning. Custom requests can be discussed in advance and are subject to approval.

Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon agreement of the service details and pricing.


  • Payments are required immediately upon completion of services unless pre-arranged.


  • We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods. A receipt will be issued upon request.






Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.


  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the agreed service fee.



  • Refunds are only provided for cancellations made within the notice period or if there is a proven fault in our service.

Liability

  • While we take the utmost care in handling your property, Minco Cleaning Solutions is not liable for:


  1. Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or fragile/valuable items not disclosed during booking.
  2. Losses or damages caused by third-party contractors working at the same property.


Any concerns about our service must be reported within 24 hours for resolution.

Health & Safety

  • To ensure the safety of our team and clients, we require that the property be free of hazardous conditions (e.g., unsafe appliances, sharp objects, etc.) at the time of service.



  • We reserve the right to refuse service in environments that pose a risk to health or safety.
